Nicole's Maternity Shoot

I'm so excited that I got to do a maternity shoot last weekend!  Nicole and I go way back... she was good friends with my sister since elementary school.  I remember many days hanging out with her at the swimming pool.  Her husband and her are now expecting their first baby - gosh, how time flies!  Nicole and Steve were such a sweet, sweet couple!  They were so fun and easy to work with, and their pictures turned out awesome!  It was so hard to just pick a few favorites...

 

A Day at the Park

Spring is finally in the air (for a day at a time, anyway!)  One of the decent weather days over Spring Break we headed to our favorite area park.  Here are some of my favorite pictures I took of the boys playing.

Beeman Kids Headshot Photo Shoot

Today I did my first 'head shot' photo shoot.  These kiddos needed head shots to submit to their modeling agency, so we headed outside on a randomly warm day and got some great pictures.  I'm excited to see what the modeling agency thinks of the photos and which ones they choose to use.  Here are some of my favorites...

The Hertzel Family Mini-Session

A couple weeks ago, I received the best compliment a photographer can receive.  A client who I had already photographed asked me to photograph her kids again.  :-)

I first did Cole and Chase's photos when these two cuties were about 3 months old.  Now they are a bit older, and I also got to photograph their three older siblings.  We just did a quick mini-session so they could have some pictures to pass out to family during the holidays.  Also, even though I prefer to do sessions outside in the natural light, I got a bit more experience photographing inside since it was extremely cold out!  Another great session!

Luke's Senior Pictures

I got to do my first senior picture session last weekend!  I first met Luke's family four years ago when his sister was in my 4th grade class.  Then I had his younger brother in my math class last year.  This past March when I returned to school from my maternity leave Luke's mom became Hudson's babysitter.  We are so thankful to have choosen Tracy as Hudson's sitter.  She is an amazing mother, a caring babysitter, and a godly woman who follows her faith and stands for what is right.  I was honored when she asked me to do Luke's pictures.  I was blessed to have such an easy-going guy for my first ever senior picture shoot.  Thanks Tracy and Luke for a fun afternoon and for the great experience.
